Support processes for your children

There are many times over your child's school journey that you will face challenges and it is important to deal with these quickly and carefully. Child safety and wellbeing is embedded in all that we do.

The first point of call if you have any worries is always your child's class teacher or specialist teacher.

Teachers use seesaw regularly and emails, but please remember they will not respond whilst they are teaching or late night or possibly not weekends.

If you still need extra support the teacher may direct you to the following and parents are also encouraged to use staffing resources at anytime they feel they need.  We may not be able to help you immediately but we will always investigate if it is needed and get back to you.
