Last week, Glen Eira College welcomed back Hanna El Shorbagy, an alum from the Class of 2019, to speak with our Year 11 Health class. Currently working as a nurse in the adult emergency department, Hanna shared her journey from high school to her current role, offering valuable insights into the challenges and rewards of the healthcare profession.

Hanna's discussion also touched on the Australian healthcare system, aligning perfectly with the students' current curriculum. Her session was both informative and engaging, providing students and teachers alike with a deeper understanding of the real-world applications of their studies.

We were delighted to have Hanna back at GEC and are deeply grateful for her taking the time to inspire our students with her experience and knowledge.
