A Message from Julie...
What a wonderfully busy and vibrant term it has been at our school!
As I reflect on the past few weeks, I am filled with pride at the many opportunities our students have had to learn, connect, celebrate and grow together as a community. It has certainly been a term filled with memorable moments and special occasions.
We began the term with our wonderful Father’s Day Breakfast, bringing families together to share a special morning. Our students have also represented the school with great enthusiasm at Division Athletics, demonstrating wonderful sportsmanship, perseverance and school spirit.
Across the school, many year levels have enjoyed excursions, providing students with valuable opportunities to extend their learning beyond the classroom. We have also celebrated Book Week and our Open Morning, giving us the chance to share our love of learning and literature with our wider school community.
Our faith continues to be an important part of school life, with class Masses and our Confirmation celebration providing opportunities for prayer, reflection and community. A very special milestone was also celebrated by our Prep students as they reached their 100 Days of Prep — what an exciting achievement!
Although we are now only one week away from the end of term, there is certainly no slowing down! We still have plenty to look forward to, including Italian Day, our Art Show and Bake Sale, and Footy Day. I look forward to seeing our students embrace these final events with the same enthusiasm and excitement they have shown throughout the term.
I would like to thank our dedicated staff, students and families for the wonderful energy, support and commitment they continue to bring to our school. It is through our shared efforts that we are able to create such a rich and positive learning environment for our children.
As we approach the end of the term, I encourage everyone to make the most of this final week and the opportunities still ahead.
I hope that when the holidays arrive, our students, families and staff enjoy a safe, relaxing and well-deserved break. Take the opportunity to rest, recharge and spend quality time with family and friends.
Thank you for another wonderful term, and I look forward to finishing it together on a high note!
Warm regards,
Julie McDougall
