Wyndham College is featuring the NSW Department of Education publicity campaign to highlight the quality education available in our public schools. As we all know, public education is the best education money can’t buy. Wyndham College is an excellent example of expert HSC education delivered by dedicated, highly skilled teachers who provide incredible learning opportunities to support the holistic growth and development of our young people.

We would like you to join us in a community wide game of spot-o – if you see us in the promotion, please take a photo and send it to us. Prizes for the community member who sees us the most. The campaign will run until May on social media, radio, TV and on community billboards.

Increased enrolments in Year 11

We welcomed more than 128 students from 36 different schools for 2026 with more than half coming from non-government schools. The growing confidence from our local community, a comprehensive wellbeing framework and expert delivery of a depth and breadth of curriculum offerings has resulted in this uplift.

Students at Wyndham College have access to 81 courses including 48 ATAR, 9 non-ATAR and 24 VET courses. No matter what a student's aspirations for the HSC and desired pathway for life after school, we can provide it.

Our programs cater for every learner, whether students are aiming for university through the study of extension courses, pursuing vocational pathways, or focusing on gaining the practical skills they need to transition confidently to the workforce.

Study Skills program

At Wyndham College we have always explicitly taught our students the study skills required for success in the HSC. This year, we are delivering an enhanced program to Year 11 where they will have one lesson a fortnight with the Principal and Deputy Principals to deepen their understanding of the metacognitive skills underpinning effective study skills. This will also give the Senior Executive an opportunity to closely monitor the growth and development of these skills in our students as we deliver this program in 20206.
