President's Update

The year of the horse is already galloping away from us. Which means it's time to renew your P&C membership! 

Joining the P&C means you get emailed the minutes of each meeting and allows you to vote on how the money raised by the P&C is spent. Our AGM is on Monday 9th March, so please come along. You are most welcome to join in decisions, activities and hear updates from the school leadership at our monthly meetings on the second Monday of the month at 7pm during term time, in the library. Get involved!

If your child is in EVP or AMPed, we have subcommittees dedicated to raising money and helping support these specific programs. The P&C are also very interested in hearing from parents in any of the other Programs of Excellence (German Immersion, Academic Honours, ASE) who would like to organise and support their students and teachers.

The Friends of EVP subcommittee are revamping and will be soon announcing a regular meeting time and date, so please watch this space! They are also looking for more parents to join their committee from the EVP community – so let me know if you are keen!

PopArts have confirmed their subcommittee executive and locked in the 3rd Monday of every month at 7.30pm in N block for meetings. If your children are interested/participating in the music, art, drama and media, join PoPArts!

We also have a Student Support Learning Group (SSPG) parent subcommittee that meets on the last Thursday of the month, where the Wellbeing team provide updates, and there is a strong community of parent and carer support.
