Senior School Update
It has been another action-packed month in the Senior School, with students taking every opportunity to engage in learning, enrichment and community spirit.
Our Outdoor Education students recently visited the Melbourne Waste Water Management Centre, where they gained valuable insights into sustainability and how our city manages such an important environmental resource. The excursion linked directly to their studies while providing real-world understanding of how we can all contribute to a more sustainable future.
Meanwhile, the English and EAL students participated in an all-day incursion delivered by Connect Ed. This immersive program challenged students to refine their skills, build confidence and strengthen their understanding of key texts and exam preparation strategies.
In addition, the Year 11 cohort has been enthusiastically designing their Year 12 jumpers for 2026, with a fresh new feature - red sleeves - that will set them apart in style.
The competitive spirit was also alive in the annual Staff vs Students futsal match, where our VCE students came out on top, much to the delight of their peers and the good-natured dismay of the staff team.
Finally, a reminder that exams are just around the corner. The countdown on the Senior School wall is ticking away, helping students stay focused as they finalise their preparations. With consistent effort, planning, and support, we are confident our students will approach their exams with determination and resilience.
