Connect: Year 5

Dear Families,

As we come to the end of the year we would like to thank you for your ongoing support in guiding your children through Year Five. 

Our students have had an incredibly successful year, marked by growth, achievement, and a wonderful sense of community. From the excitement of school camp—where they challenged themselves, built friendships, and strengthened their resilience—to their enthusiastic participation in the Skye Footy League, Big Bash cricket, and our athletics and swimming carnivals, they embraced every opportunity with energy and determination. In the classroom, students engaged thoughtfully with our novel studies Runt and Wonder, deepening their understanding of empathy, courage, and perseverance. It has been inspiring to see the entire cohort develop not only academically but also personally, supporting one another and showing resilience in all aspects of school life.

We wish you a happy and safe holiday and look forward to seeing the students grow as they enter the final year of their primary school journey.
