Connect: Year 1
With Term 4 wrapping up it has been a busy time at Skye Primary! Student's have met their Grade Two teachers and performed in the Christmas concert. They have revised learning, reflected on all their growth and started to collect their artwork from around the classroom. Thank you to all our Grade One students and families for an amazing 2025! It has been a pleasure to watch everyone learn and grow. From the Grade One team we wish you a festive and fun holiday! We look forward to seeing you around next year.

Books wanted!
It is returns time at Skye Library. Please send back any library books you have at home. Please send Little Learners books back to classroom teachers too.
Moving Classes
Classroom moves are happening next week. Monday 15th PICKUP will be from the following locations. We will then be working out of this location for the remainder of the week.
1A - Mr Salter. Moving to 1B classroom.
1B - Miss Hammill. Moving to 1E classroom.
1C - Miss Akkusoglu. Staying in 1C classroom.
1D - Mrs Torrington. Staying in 1D classroom.
1E - Mrs Brooks. Moving to 1A classroom.
Pet Safety Visit
Grade One had an exciting visitor meet them in the library. They learnt important lessons about how read dog body language, how to keep dogs healthy and when it is safe to approach dogs.
Dojo Awards
