Zone Cross Country

Crowned Zone Champions!

Our school representative Cross Country team travelled to a very wet and cold Hillston on Friday 23/5/25 to compete in the South West zone carnival. Some outstanding individual performances saw Noah T and Sienna L crowned as Zone Champions, while Xanthe H, Ella R and Jed S finished runners up. Huxley C and Zavier M also had podium positions finishing 3rd in their respective age groups.

The most exciting news came at the end of the presentation ceremony when, to use the words of Freddy Mercury, “We Are The Champions”, with the school being crowned Zone Champions for the day. This was a testament to the efforts of EVERY student who competed at Zone, a great team effort to go with individual brilliance.
