Today they made ‘won tons 4 ways’ to complete a sensory analysis on the taste, texture, aroma, and appearance.
Students will also investigate how the specific macronutrients are digested, absorbed, and utilised in the body.

On Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, we invite you to witness the culmination of years of dedication, creativity, and ingenuity as our emerging designers unveil their conceptual masterpieces on the runway. This showcase will not only celebrate the talents of our students but also highlight their commitment to sustainable practices, with designs crafted with care for people, planet, and animals.
In our efforts to make this inspiring event accessible to all, we have priced tickets for the matinee show at just $15. Our aim is to ensure that students can experience the magic of this showcase without financial barriers hindering their attendance.
The matinee show, scheduled from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, promises to be a truly immersive experience. Beyond the stunning displays of creativity on the runway, attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a thought-provoking panel discussion with our talented designers. This dialogue will offer invaluable insights into their design processes, inspirations, and the transformative power of creative expression.
