Hello Families and Guardians of Grade 3!
Our students have well and truly begun to prepare for their upcoming NAPLAN tests, and they have taken on the challenge with pride.
They have been working hard on building their Writing stamina in our Persuasive Writing unit, diving into texts and responding to questions in Reading, building their knowledge on health, change and challenges in Inquiry, constructing a solid foundation of place value knowledge and beginning our Additive Thinking unit in Numeracy.
We have been preparing them for NAPLAN-style questions these past two weeks, with a focus on Language Conventions, handwriting and spelling.
We are very much looking forward to the next few weeks, as we have our upcoming Athletics Carnival and Harmony Day!
