Field Trip

Last week, students participated in a guided walking tour of the local area, exploring a range of properties that had been sold or were currently on the market.

In preparation, students analysed online listings for each property, developing their understanding of the housing market and the factors that influence property prices. Following the excursion, students applied this knowledge to estimate potential selling prices for properties heading to auction.

The experience provided a practical way for students to connect their learning to real-world contexts.
