PFA Annual General Meeting
Calling all families - we would love to welcome you to our Parents and Friends committee. We are a friendly bunch of parents who meet monthly to arrange school fundraising activities and social events.
Our next meeting is our AGM on Tuesday 3 March at 7.30pm, at Holgates. All committee positions will be declared vacant. Please see the Compass announcement for all the information about the AGM and the positions available; we are particularly in need of a new President and Secretary. However, you can absolutely come and join the committee as a general member without taking on a specific position. If you have any questions, please email us at wpspfa@gmail.com.
IGA BBQ
We are running a BBQ outside the IGA in Woodend on Saturday 7th March from 10am - 2pm. We would love for families to come down and buy a sausage, or if you can, help out on the day! Volunteer sign up sheet can be found here
Spring Bulb Fundraiser
The hugely popular Tesselaar spring bulb fundraiser is back for another year. Jump onto the website using the special link, make your purchase, and 40% of the money will go to the school - plus, your garden will look amazing! Orders close Thursday 2 April.

Labelling school uniforms
A gentle reminder to please label school uniforms with both a first and last name. The volunteers in the uniform shop look after lost property, and will return named items to classrooms, but we cannot do so if we don’t know who the owner is. See the Uniform Shop page in this newsletter for details on how to buy name labels through Oz Labels, with a portion of all sales donated to the school.

We’d love to have keen parents join the PFA. We’re a fun bunch that meets monthly, usually at Holgates, and you can volunteer to help out with as much or as little as you’re able. Keep your eye on the newsletter for details for our upcoming meetings.
