Principal's Report

Jonathan Rowe

Dear Parents and Carers,

As we reach the end of a dynamic and rewarding term, we take a moment to celebrate the incredible hard work, dedication and achievements of our students and staff. This term has been a testament to the commitment of our school community in fostering a culture of learning, growth, and support.

Even in the last weeks of term our students in Year 8 went on Cadet Bivouac camping at Rocklands reservoir, the senior Art, Graphic Design and Technology students travelled to Melbourne for Top Arts and Top Designs, Year 7 & 8 music students worked with a guest conductor to develop their band technique and parent teacher interviews were held. Monivae offers such a diverse range of opportunities.

For Christians, Easter is a sacred time of renewal and hope, the cornerstone of our faith, celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the promise of new life. This season calls us to deepen our faith, embrace gratitude, and live with compassion, carrying the message of Easter into our daily lives.

As we enter the Easter season, may all our families be enveloped by the hope and joy that this time of renewal brings. I wish everyone a restful and rejuvenating break and look forward to another successful term ahead.

Creator God,

As we reach the end of this term, we give thanks for the learning, friendships, and growth we have shared as a school community. Bless our students, staff, and families with rest and renewal over the Easter holidays.

May the joy of Jesus’ resurrection fill our hearts with hope, kindness, and love. Help us to carry the spirit of Easter into our lives, bringing light to those in need and peace to our world.

We ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Kind regards,

Mr Jonathan Rowe
