LOST PROPERTY
If your child is missing items, please make sure you check the lost property before the end of term. Lost property can be found in the old sick bay off the office. Please note that any unnamed items that are not claimed by the end of term will either be disposed of or washed and donated to the second hand uniform shop. A reminder to please always clearly name all items as these can be quickly returned when misplaced.
SCHOOL SAVINGS BONUS
Please note, you will no longer have access to your SSB funds online after the 30th June and will not be able to purchase textbooks or uniforms. Any unspent amounts,
including unredeemed online supplier vouchers, will revert to a school activities credit from early August.
If you intend to utilise funds between in July/early August, you should assign the funds over to activities via this link: https://www.schoolsavingbonus.vic.gov.au/s/,
prior to 30th June.
PLEASE NOTE: The SSB PORTAL will close on June 30th. If you have not logged on and allocated your funds by then, it will automatically be allocated to the school for future activities and will not be available for uniform purchases.
2026 PREP ENROLMENTS
Prep Enrolments for 2026 are now being accepted.
Please note, siblings ARE required to complete an enrolment form which can be found on the school’s website or a hard copy can be obtained at the office.
We require an original birth certificate, an updated immunisation certificate and visa details if applicable.
Sibling enrolments do not require an appointment to submit the documentation However, new students will need to call the office to arrange an appointment to submit their enrolment forms.
SMILE SQUAD IS COMING TO CARNEGIE PS
The Smile Squad team from Better Health Network, Bentleigh are coming to our school soon. Smile Squad is the Victorian Government free school dental program. This means all students can get a free dental check-up, preventive services, and treatment at school.
How to access free dental care
We need your consent before we can provide services. Consent is usually provided by a parent or guardian.

Please complete and submit the consent form by 10th July 2025.
Paper copies of the consent form are available. Please contact the school office if you would like to request one. The electronic consent form can be translated into more than 100 languages, and the paper form is available in 13 languages.
Do I need to attend my child’s appointment?
No, you do not need to attend your child’s appointment. You can attend if you would like to, and you can take your child to the community dental clinic if you prefer.
