Maker Space

Photography Club

Last week, Canon ran an event at the Maker Space for the Photography Club students. We covered portraiture and the secret to producing great portraits.

On Monday 28th May, Mr Mattar and Ms Thompson took students from the Photography Club to the Cranbourne Botanical Gardens, along with visitors from Canon, who were kind enough to provide students with cameras and macro lenses. The students go to learn the basics of capturing macro photos, and the students enjoyed it so much that they didn’t want to come back to school.

The Photography Club have a regular meeting each Monday at lunchtime. If you are interested in learning more about photography, come along and sign up!
