News from the Prep Room

This Term, our Prep Inquiry unit has been ‘In Our Community.’ The Preps have been learning what being a good member of a community looks and feels like, and the need to show respect, listen to, and care for each other. 

As part of this unit, the children were invited to prepare and present an oral presentation on something special about their family. The children spoke with such love and pride about their beautiful families. They were exceptionally well prepared with photos, posters, and special objects to add to their presentations. They spoke of favourite holiday destinations, favourite family photos, special traditions, and even favourite foods. 

Well done to all the Prep children on a wonderful Term of learning.
