Back to my grass roots

Sharing my experience

Football has taken me many places -  just recently, it took me back to my grass roots club, Blacktown Spartans, where  I was invited to speak to the Under 15's side - this was indeed very humbling.  

I shared with them my recent Australian School Boys tour of England experience,  balancing football and school, remaining fit and injury free, and shared tips about staying motivated and positive. We had a great night - the boys were positive and keen to listen and learn.  I wish them much success as they pursue their personal goals. Thank you Blacktown Spartans!
