Principals' Report

I feel incredibly humbled by my welcome to the Cobram Secondary College community in the past 6 months, and by the reaction to my appointment.  I have enjoyed every day at school and have come to make connections  with the staff, students and parents.  It is my hope that together, we can continue

to make Cobram Secondary College the school of choice for the Cobram community.

Cobram Secondary College students will grow, create, succeed and lead in our community, and beyond.

As a newcomer, it’s easy to have fresh eyes and see the strengths of this school.  There is just so much to celebrate …

We GROW - our Illuminate & focus on reading is showing huge growth - 2.52 years in 1 year!

We CREATE- Barista Training for our VCAL and Year 10-12 Foods has commenced.

We SUCCEED - the boys Volleyball team are representing the school at State level.

We LEAD - Our leadership programme means that our kids are doing amazing things at school and in the community - Ellie Jones as the Rural Youth Ambassador was selected to join the Education State Advisory Group (one of 20 in the state), Scarlett Grinter won the Australian Scout Medallion, Mitchell Hawke and Jorja Dixon spoke at the Rotary Club, and SO MANY students represented the school and the community at ANZAC Day commemoration services.

And this is all since the start of term!
