125 Year Commemorative Badges

The Shelford Parents' Association sponsored 125 Year Commemorative Badges for all the students and teachers at Shelford. Vijay Shanmugan and I had the great pleasure of handing out these wonderful keepsakes at Senior School assembly last week.

SPA Uniform Competition

The Shelford Parents' Association sponsored a fun design competition for Junior School last term. Students were tasked with redesigning an alternative Shelford school blazer. Congratulations to all the students on their creativity and enthusiasm. The winning designers were presented with lolly hampers donated by SPA by Petrie Bernard during Junior School assembly after which all junior students were presented with their commemorative badges too.

Well done to Avery (Y1), Macy (Y2) and Meleri (Y6) on their winning designs.

Mamma Mia! SPA Bar Preshow drinks and snacks

Shelford Parents' Association will be holding a preshow drinks and snacks bar before each session for Mamma Mia! Stock up on your refreshments before enjoying what is sure to be a great performance.

Community CPR

Date Monday 31 July 

Location  School Hall

Cost $55pp 

Time 7pm -8.30pm CPR practical component and assessment

Online portion to be completed prior to assessment, a link will be sent from Hero HQ once registered

Senior School students (Year 7-12), Parents, Friends, Alumni and Family are all welcome to join in.

** Year 7 and 8 students require a parent or guardian with them who is over 18 for the purposes of assessment. This person can also purchase a ticket to be certified at the same time, or attend as a support person.

Physical requirement: Please note all participants must kneel on the ground and perform CPR for 4 minutes. Any participants that cannot get on the ground and do this will not be assessed and will not receive a certificate.
