GRADE 5-6 UPDATE

Hello 5/6 families,

What a fabulous week of fun we have had and with only two days to go, it is hard to believe that we are about to say goodbye to such an amazing Grade 5/6 cohort. We have highly enjoyed the opportunity to work with such fabulous students, experiencing many laughs and hilarious conversations along the way.

The many opportunities we have been able to experience this year after the affects of COVID, definitely resulted in the students becoming more engaged and enthused about coming to school. Events that included skateboarding, swimming, district sports days, Scienceworks excursion, CPR training, the school concert and many more.

We would like to thank the marvelous parents who have come along and helped out with these events or other school based activities, which has included coaching teams during the sports days, taking photos or kindly supplying the students with ice-cream at the Grade 6 Graduation, helping to get musical instruments to and from our school concert, and by sending in supplies for constructions tasks. Without your support, many of these amazing events and activities would not be able to go ahead.

For our graduating Grade 6 students, we wish you all the best as you head off to begin your next adventure at Secondary College. We know that you will achieve many amazing things and can't wait to hear about your many accomplishments. We also hope that you remember to pop in now and then to say hello.

As this will be our final news report for the year, we would like to wish you a very safe, relaxing and merry Christmas!

Bree, Rachel and Katrina
