In the Kitchen

Our students have been busy creating and sharing a delicious variety of dishes, including:

  • Rosemary Lavosh

  • Warrigal Greens & Ricotta Fritters

  • Herb Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

  • Seasonal Savoury Muffins

  • Roast Pumpkin, Chickpea & Sage Sausage Rolls

In the Garden

Both classes have enjoyed hands-on activities such as:

  • Planting calendula flower or parsley seeds in terracotta pots to take home

  • Planting seedlings of silverbeet, chives, sunflowers, eggplants, and parsley

  • Maintaining garden beds through weeding

  • Harvesting garlic, spring onions, parsley, silverbeet, rhubarb, warrigal greens, and radishes

  • Removing snails from garden beds

  • Watering vegetables to keep them thriving
