Punctuality supports 'Being Ready to Learn':

Here are some highly effective, actionable tips to build a stress-free morning routine and make it to school on time every day:

  • Prep the Night Before: Pack your school bag, lay out your uniform/clothes, and have your breakfast plan ready before you go to sleep.
  • Shift Your Alarm: Set your alarm for 10-15 minutes earlier than necessary to build a buffer for unexpected delays.
  • Create a Visual Schedule: Write down your steps and times (e.g., wake up at 7:00 AM, brush teeth at 7:15 AM) so you know exactly what you should be doing.
  • Manage Sleep: Make sure you are getting enough rest; going to bed at the same time every night makes waking up much easier
