School Fees & Payment Information
As we approach the middle of the school year, we would like to thank our families for your ongoing support in ensuring invoices for student resources and excursion opportunities are paid in a timely manner.
Families are reminded that statements of account are issued monthly to assist with keeping track of balances and payments.
School fees can be paid through a variety of convenient methods, including QParents/BPOINT, EFTPOS (credit/debit card), Centrepay, or at the school office. Flexible payment options are available, including term instalments or personalised payment plans arranged with the school.
We understand that circumstances can change, and we encourage any families experiencing financial difficulty to reach out in confidence so we can discuss suitable support options.
Please also note that refund arrangements vary depending on the type of payment. In general, refunds for excursions, camps and activities may not be available if costs have already been committed by the school.
A gentle reminder that outstanding fees may impact student participation in non-curriculum activities such as formals, end of year activities and the offer to purchase the senior jersey.
