COMING TO NAZARETH IN TERM 3
Our Program
The Australian Dental Foundation (ADF) ‘My School Dentist’ program is a not-for-profit initiative dedicated to improving oral health and expanding access to quality dental care for children and teens (ages 2 to 17) across Australia. Since 2012, we have been delivering high-quality mobile dental services directly to schools, ensuring that all participating families and schools can access care at no out-of-pocket expense.
As one of the largest mobile dental programs in Australia, we proudly service over 300 specialist schools, kindergartens, primary, and secondary schools.
Our multi-award-winning team consists of highly experienced and qualified clinicians who share a passion for preventative dentistry and working with children. We believe that regular dental visits are essential to establishing lifelong oral health habits and preventing future dental issues. Alongside check-ups and treatments, we provide educational and dietary advice to help children maintain healthy smiles well into adulthood.
Our Services
The Australian Dental Foundation is a registered charity with extensive experience working with schools and community organisations nationwide. In addition to servicing schools, we provide mobile dental care to vulnerable communities, including homeless shelters, disability organisations, aged care facilities, and correctional institutions. Our goal is to elevate the standard of oral healthcare across Australia by ensuring that quality dental services are accessible to all.
We offer:
✔ Free dental check-ups for all consenting children
✔ Comprehensive treatment (such as fillings, cleans, and extractions) for those covered under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) or Private Health Insurance—gap-free
✔ A fully equipped portable dental van or an onsite pop-up dental clinic with our chair, equipment, and supplies
✔Hassle-Free Process
We take care of all administrative tasks to make the process seamless for schools and families. Each child will receive an information brochure with QR code link to our website to register (all languages available).
If further treatment is required, such as fillings or extractions, our dental team will personally contact parents/guardians to obtain consent before proceeding.
By bringing quality, accessible, and professional dental care to schools and communities, we are helping to build a healthier future—one smile at a time.
