Wellbeing Team News

THE END OF THE YEAR IS SO CLOSE! ⌛️

After a relaxing school holidays, the Wellbeing Team have been busy preparing for another busy year ahead! We’ve got a lot we’re excited about - including some updates for this term! Here’s some we want to highlight:

CONGRATS, GRADUATES! 🎓

A massive congrats to our Graduating Class of 2026! We know how hard the Year 12s have worked this year, and we hope for the smoothest and fulfilling journeys ahead! Remember you can still come around to Breakfast Club for a Toastie, before you sit your upcoming exams 😉 🥪

A PAEDIATRICIAN AT SCHOOL FOR FREE! 🩺👨‍⚕️

We couldn’t be happier to announce we have a Paediatrician here at the school!

Every Wednesday, local Paediatrician Dr Muhammad Waseem is available to see Students and their carers for free - helping support complex medical issues, Mental Health diagnosis and support, and complex care management. He’s fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi, and has availability throughout the term! Email  contact_wellbeing@hpsc.vic.edu.au requesting an appointment, and we’ll arrange this with you!

WELCOME JESSE! 🤝🎉

The Wellbeing Team warmly welcomes Jesse Iorfino, an experienced Mental Health Nurse who brings with him years of experience working with young people through programs and one-on-one support. We’re excited to have you help run programs, Celebration Days, and work with students around their health and wellbeing needs. Jesse will do great work as part of the Wellbeing Team over the next year because…

FAREWELL HARLIN! 🤰🍼

Harlin is taking a break for the rest of 2025 and 2026 off on family leave! We’re so excited to see all the baby pictures, have visits from you all, and will miss you so much around the college. We wish you well on this special break and can’t wait for your return, with one extra family (and team) member!
