2026 Financial Contributions

At Macleod College, voluntary financial contributions play an important role in enhancing the educational opportunities and learning environments we provide for our students. While all students receive free instruction aligned with the Victorian Curriculum, family contributions enable us to invest in additional resources, classroom improvements, wellbeing initiatives, learning programs, and facilities that enrich every student's experience. Recent contributions have supported new educational resources, classroom refurbishments, the expansion of learning programs, and upgrades to student facilities. We sincerely appreciate the ongoing generosity and support of our families, whose contributions help us continue to uphold our values of Achieve, Respect, Connect and deliver the best possible outcomes for all learners.

We understand that every family's circumstances are different. To assist with payments, flexible payment plans are available and can be arranged with the College. Contributions can be conveniently made online via Compass or in person through Reception. For families who are able to contribute, your support is greatly valued and makes a meaningful difference to our College community

Using Your CSEF, Credit or School Saving Bonus (SSB)

Did you know that eligible families can use their available CSEF, account credit or School Saving Bonus (SSB) funds to help cover the cost of selected school activities and events through Compass? When making a payment for an applicable event, simply check the available funding option during the payment process and, where eligible, the balance can be applied to reduce the amount owing.

If you are unsure whether you have an available CSEF, credit or SSB balance, or would like to confirm the amount currently held on your account, please contact the Accounts Team at 6242-accounts@schools.vic.edu.au. Our team will be happy to assist you with balance enquiries and payment options.

We encourage families to make use of any available funding to support their child's participation in College activities and events.
