SSG's

During May, Plenty River College conducted it second round of Student Support Group (SSG) meetings with students, families and staff. These meetings were held for students who have joined our school throughout 2026, as well as selected students requiring additional support, monitoring or adjustments to their learning goals and programs.

SSGs play an important role in our holistic approach to education, ensuring that students, families and school staff work together to support each young person's academic progress, social development and emotional wellbeing. The meetings provided an opportunity to celebrate successes, review individual learning goals, discuss support strategies and make adjustments where required to ensure students can engage in learning and achieve their best outcomes.

At Plenty River College, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where every student is known, valued and supported. We thank our families for their ongoing partnership and involvement in their child's educational journey and appreciate the positive and collaborative discussions that took place throughout the SSG process.
