Madi – Purple Group

Congratulations to Madi from Purple Group, who has successfully completed 10 weeks of work placement at a local childcare centre.

Throughout her placement, Madi has consistently demonstrated a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for learning. The staff at the childcare centre have provided outstanding feedback, noting that Madi always arrives with a smile, engages confidently with both children and staff, and has become a valued member of their team.

The centre has enjoyed having Madi so much that they are already looking forward to welcoming her back for another 10-week placement next term. We are incredibly proud of Madi's achievements and the professional skills she has developed during her time in the workplace.

Misha – Purple Group

Congratulations to Misha from Purple Group, who has also successfully completed 10 weeks of work placement at a local aged care facility.

During her placement, Misha has gained valuable industry skills, built positive relationships with staff and residents, and embraced every opportunity to learn. The aged care team has shared wonderful feedback about Misha, commenting on her positive attitude, reliability, and the excellent work she has completed throughout her placement.

Misha has thoroughly enjoyed her experience and is excited to return for another 10 weeks in Term 3. We are proud of the confidence, knowledge, and workplace skills she has developed, and we look forward to seeing her continue to grow in this field.

Congratulations to Ali from Orange Group for her ongoing commitment and dedication to volunteering at Encompass Care.

Ali attends her volunteering placement consistently every week and continues to make a positive contribution to the team. She has developed strong workplace skills and has become a valued member of the organisation through her reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to help others.
