Book Author Visit

We’re excited to welcome Penny O’Loughlin back!

We are so excited to welcome Melbourne-based children’s author Penny O’Loughlin back to our school for Book Week! Penny visited us last year, sharing her wonderful stories and activities with our Prep, Year 1 and Year 2 students, and we are delighted to have her return this year to spend time with our Prep classes.

On Tuesday 25 August, Penny will be joining our Preps for a special Garden Games STEM activity inspired by her book Bud and Buzz. It promises to be a wonderful opportunity for our youngest students to connect stories, creativity, nature and hands-on learning.

We love having authors like Penny visit our school and inspire our students to see themselves as readers, storytellers and curious learners. We can’t wait to welcome Penny back!
