Year 4 Excursion to CERES

On Tuesday 26th May, Year 4 visited CERES in Brunswick as part of our Inquiry unit My Island Home. As a cohort we were submerged into the culutre of our neighbour Indonesia. The students participated in 3 activites, which include Indonesian games, shadow puppets, Indonesian dancing and/or an Indigenious Australian bush tucker walk. 

We were lucky to have terrific weather and facilitators who have a Indonesian background, so could speak to us with first hand experience.
