HPV TEAM UPDATE
Welcome back team. The midway point of the term has been huge in terms of our overall fitness, it's the time of year where we start to consider and evaluate team combinations. Snap Fitness is once again back onboard and this week Sarah from the Bendigo Club joined us for an extra intense session. You may have also heard of our Term 3 "Rivals".
Healthy and respectful competition amongst our team is what drives us forward. Students have been aiming to beat their best lap time of Tom Flood as well as a team mate who has an approximate time. Last outing 9/10 students blitzed their time in a very impressive display. A huge opportunity is there for us this year.
Keep up the hard work, keep up the academics and program knowledge!
SHIRT UPDATE: A reminder to all students that as per our school uniform, EBT shirts can be worn on your allocated training day. For grade 4's this means Thursday and for grade 5 and 6 this is Monday and Thursday. If you have any questions please pop in and see Mr.Pocock or Mrs Ladd.
PUSHCART TEAM UPDATE
Training for the pushcarts has continued on a weekly basis seeing the students working on their fitness and the presentation aspect of the event. We have received our new Energy Breakthrough shirts which the students are very excited to wear on training days!
If there are any parents that would like to assist the team in any way, please contact Mr Janssen or Mr Hartland. We are getting very excited for November!
