Fundraising

Epsom Primary School use the QKR! app for all of our fundraising items and special events.   

Father's Day Stall:

The stall will be held over 2 days next week, Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st of August. 

All students will have to opportunity to purchase $10 worth of gifts. 

Cash will be the preferred payment although we will also have card facilities available before and after school. (Please send your child with small notes and coins so it is easy for them to manage, maximum of $10 each child)

The junior school, Prep - Grade 2 will be shopping with their class and teachers during the school day:

Prep - Wednesday

Grade 1 - Thursday

Grade 2 - Thursday

We will be open for all grades 3-6 students before and after school both days:

8:30am - 9am

3:30pm - 4pm  

If provisions allow we will again open the stall to everyone for more shopping after school on Thursday 3:30pm - 4pm 

If possible please send your child with a shopping bag to carry their goods home in. 

Donations:

Thank you so much for the donations we have received so far, if you are still able to donate

towards the Father's Day stall please make sure they are handed into the office no later than 9am Friday 25th August 

Ideas for donations:

- Blocks of chocolate

- Chocolate gift boxes

- hankies

- deodorants / shower gel 

- tools

- cans of soft drinks

Help Required:

We are still needing volunteers to help run the father's day stall both Wednesday 30th and Thursday 31st 8:25am-9am and Thursday 31st 8:25am-11am

Also to set up the stall on Tuesday 29th 2:30pm-3:30pm.

Walkers Doughnut Drive:

Thank you to everyone that purchased a box of yummy doughnuts last month, you have helped us raise a further $300 towards our new outdoor learning space. 

Footy Colours Day Lunch:

Wednesday 6th of September

The wonderful Elmore Bakery are helping us organise a fun lunch to support footy colours day, available to order now via QKR!

• Party pies $2 each 
• Party Sausage rolls $2 each
• Plain Pie $5 each
• Vegetarian Pastie (suitable for vegans) $5 each
• Assorted Juice Prima $1 each

Order due no later than 9am Friday 1st September.

Lunch will be delivered to your child's classroom, tomato sauce provided. 

Please make sure you select each child separately when placing your order.
