We are excited to announce that the Glasses for Kids program will be visiting Springvale Rise Primary School next week for our Prep to Year 3 students. This Victorian Government initiative, delivered by State Schools' Relief, helps ensure that children have the clear vision they need to learn, participate, and thrive at school. 

The program provides:

• Free vision screening conducted at school by qualified optometrists. 

• Further eye testing for students who may require additional assessment. 

• Free prescription glasses for students who need them. 

• Information for families about the outcome of their child's screening and any recommended next steps. 

All screening and testing takes place during school hours, making it easy and accessible for families. The program aims to identify vision concerns early and remove barriers to learning by ensuring students can see clearly in the classroom.
