Supporting Student Wellbeing Through MHiPS

This year, Caulfield Primary School is continuing to build its wellbeing supports and is taking part in the Mental Health in Primary Schools (MHiPS) initiative.

MHiPS helps schools take a proactive approach to student wellbeing by strengthening positive school cultures, teaching social and emotional skills, supporting staff to respond to student needs, and connecting families with appropriate supports when required.

Through this work, we aim to help all students develop the skills, confidence and resilience they need to thrive both at school and beyond. This initiative complements our existing wellbeing programs, including School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS), and reinforces our commitment to ensuring every child feels safe, valued and supported.
