Grade 3 News

Grade 3A and Grade 5C enjoyed another fantastic buddy session as they put their creativity and engineering skills to the test by designing and building paper aeroplanes.

After carefully creating and folding their unique designs, we headed outside to see whose plane would fly the furthest and most accurately. To make the challenge even more exciting, we spotted Mr Short working inside and jokingly used his office window as our target (don't worry—he was safely inside!).

There were some impressive flights, clever designs and plenty of laughter as everyone took turns launching their planes. Congratulations to Milan and Aaryav, whose aeroplane—described by many as looking like a bullet—flew with incredible speed and distance. The only thing that stopped it was the wall!

It was a wonderful afternoon of teamwork, creativity and friendly competition, and both classes are already looking forward to their next buddy activity.
