Term 3 2026 - Interest sport Agriculture
Agriculture students have enjoyed another busy and rewarding term caring for the College's growing collection of livestock and preparing for upcoming agricultural shows.
A special highlight this term has been welcoming four baby lambs to the school farm, along with our 2 baby alpacas and 3 Angora goats. Students have taken an active role in feeding, monitoring animal health and ensuring the wellbeing of all livestock. These hands-on experiences continue to develop students' confidence, responsibility and practical animal husbandry skills.
In preparation for the upcoming show season, students have been learning how to halter and lead cattle, developing the handling techniques and confidence required for competition. They have also been working closely with our Angora goats and alpacas, building their knowledge of livestock presentation and care.
Beyond the livestock program, students have been preparing the garden beds for the winter crop, improving soil quality and planting seasonal produce. Through these practical activities, students are gaining valuable experience in sustainable farming practices while developing an appreciation for the dedication and teamwork required to successfully manage a working school farm.

Representative Sporting Honours
Congratulations to Aleighya Panuve who recently represented in the NSW All Schools U15 netball team at the School Sports Australia Games in Melbourne. Her team won the gold medal and Aleighya was named as the NSW player’s player. She was also named in the All- Australian Merit team.

There are many opportunities for school, PDSSSC and NSWCCC teams. Please ensure that you are aware of the registration deadlines as these dates are strictly enforced.
