Curriculum

This week has seen Year 8 make their subject selections for Year 9 2026.  Confirmation of subjects will occur early in Term 4.  Year 8 are commended for the thoughtful choices and attention to this process.

The Trial HSC Exams will conclude next Monday, 17th of August.  These exam performances are an important part of the preparation for the HSC Exams as they will reveal to the girls the areas that are important to revise in the remaining Weeks of Term 3.  Planned revision in each subject will now occur and student attendance is important and essential to ensure that students attain full benefit from this revision period.   

Year 11 Prelim Exams: The timetable has been shared with students for exams during Week 8 and Week 9 this term. Some important points to remember:

• Students only attend school for their exams and go home to study when they do not have an exam.
• Morning exams start at 8.30am and afternoon exams start at 12.30pm.
• Students should arrive AT LEAST 20 mins before the exam.  
• Arriving late or misreading the timetable is NOT grounds for consideration.
