Casey-Cardinia High Schools Women's Health Prize

We are excited to establish the inaugural Casey-Cardinia High Schools Women’s Health Prize. This competition is open to all high school students in the City of Casey and Cardinia Shire Council in Victoria, Australia.   The goal of the prize is to promote thought-provoking conversation in local adolescents about the health and wellbeing issues that affect women.   

 

Registrations are open to high school students under the age of 18 at the entry closing date. They can enter as individuals or groups with no limitation on number in the group.  Details for registration are listed at:

There will be two streams available for entry allowing all to be involved:

  • Written essay
  • Creative arts 
  •  

The prize for the winning entrants are:

  • Written essay: $1500. 
  • Creative arts: $1500. 
  •  

Students are to submit all paperwork to reception@drkiranatmuri.com.au with SUBJECT- Casey-Cardinia High Schools Women’s Health Prize.

Casey Creations

Do you know a student who loves to draw, paint, take photos, or create short videos? Whether they’re bursting with creativity or simply enjoy expressing themselves, Casey Creations is a fantastic opportunity for young people to showcase their talents and be celebrated by the community!  This competition invites entries across a range of art forms, and we can’t wait to see what our young creatives come up with!

 

Entries close Sunday 12 October at 5:00 PM

Who Can Enter?

Young people from Grade 5 to Year 12 who live, study, work, or have a connection to the City of Casey.

What Can They Submit?

  • Visual Arts
  • Photography
  • Short Form Video (up to 60 seconds)
  • Visual Arts or Photography for young people with disability

 

There’s no set theme, so imagination is encouraged!

Entry Details:

  • Free to enter
  • Up to two submissions per person
  • Submit via the online entry form

Important Update – Casey Creations Terms and Conditions (Clause 2.2)

We’ve made a key change to support more flexibility in submissions! 

Visual Arts and Photography entries can now be submitted in any size, as long as they are:

  • 2D and unframed
  • Suitable for display and handling

This update allows students to work with a broader range of materials and formats, while still ensuring entries can be safely exhibited.
