RU OK DAY AT KSC

Our KSC staff were absolutely on point on Thursday 10th as they got behind the important message of R U OK? Day.

RU OK day serves as a reminder that a simple conversation can make a real difference in someone's life. You do not need to be an expert or have all the answers. Sometimes, simply asking the question, listening without judgement and showing that you care is exactly what a person needs.

This year's message is simple: Ask R U OK? Any Day. Life's challenges do not occur on just one day of the year, which is why it is so important to regularly check in with the people around us.
