2027 Foundation (Prep) Enrolments
Reminder: 2027 Foundation (Prep) Enrolment Applications have now closed.
If you have a child starting Foundation (Prep) in 2027, and you have not yet submitted an enrolment application please call the office on 03 9787 1385 before you complete an online enrolment.
Please remember to log into the parent and carer portal 'VicStudents' to accept or decline your enrolment offer by Friday 28 August.
Reminder dates:
- Friday 31 July 2026: Enrolment applications close
- 3–14 August 2026: Offers issued
Friday 28 August 2026: Deadline to accept your offer
Children who turn 5 years old by 30 April 2027 are eligible to enrol in Foundation (Prep).
This year, the Victorian Government has introduced a new digital enrolment process, making it easier and more convenient for families to apply.
How to Enrol
- Submit your online application https://students.educationapps.vic.gov.au/s/
- Create a Vic Students account.
- Complete the online application form.
- Upload the required supporting documentation.
Wait for your offer and, if offered a place, accept it by Friday 28 August 2026.
Is VicStudents secure?
VicStudents has been assessed by the Department of Education to a high degree of security in line with the Victorian Protective Data Security Standards and is compliant with ISO 27001, the leading international standard for information security.
For parents/carers (new users Term 2 2026 and beyond) When you click the VicStudents link, you will be directed to sign in using a Service Victoria account. Once you have signed in, your VicStudents account will be created automatically. If you don’t have a Service Victoria account, you’ll be guided to create one.
