Premiers' Reading Challenge - UPDATE!

Dear MEPS Community,

We are so excited to share that 73 students have now completed the Premiers' Reading Challenge! 📚🎉 What an incredible achievement! A huge congratulations to all of these students for their dedication, enthusiasm and love of reading.

And the excitement is building… Book Week is fast approaching next week! With the Challenge coming to an end on Friday 4 September (the end of Week 8, Term 3), there isn’t long to go!

The Premiers' Reading Challenge is a free statewide reading program that encourages children to develop a love of reading and discover new books. With Book Week just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to dive into some extra reading, discover a new favourite book and keep those books being added to your reading log!

There are still two weeks to go, so keep turning those pages! Whether it’s a chapter before bed, a family reading session, a library book or a book from home, every book counts towards reaching your goal.

Keep reading, keep logging and keep the excitement going! We can’t wait to see how many more MEPS students complete the Challenge before it finishes.
