Lenten Journey Prayer

Lord Jesus,

As we begin this Lenten journey, we unite with you in compassion for our world.

We pray for our sisters and brothers in Tanzania, Bangladesh, Fiji, and Gaza, 

and all who face the injustice of poverty.

May our prayers, fasting, and almsgiving this Lent turn into a powerful force for change.

Strengthen us to "Unite Against Poverty" and to be beacons of hope, resilience, 

and love in our communities.

Give us the courage to make a difference and to uphold the dignity of all people.

We ask this in your name,
