 2km time trials for Western Bulldogs AFLW team

On Thursday our Y7-9 middle distance runners headed down to Whitten Oval, ready to pace the 2km time trial for the AFLW team. Running in pairs, student-athletes set the pace for 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30 and 9:00. It was high-fives all round once the players got their breath back -  many had run a PB and were super appreciative of the students setting the pace
