⚖️ Year 12 Legal Studies 🏛️

Our Year 12 Legal Studies students recently had the opportunity to visit Parliament House, gaining valuable insight into the workings of the Victorian Parliament and the law-making process.

Students were able to meet and speak with our local State Representative and take part in an engaging role-play activity, re-enacting the second reading of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Amendment (Medically Supervised Injecting Centre) Bill 2017.

It was a fantastic opportunity for students to connect their classroom learning with the real-world processes of parliament, legislation and law-making. ⚖️👏
