YEAR 9
Growing Together

Head of Year 9
This term, our Year 9 students have been battling it out for House points and bragging rights as the best Year 9 House. We have thrown paper aeroplanes, proudly met the College expectations, and even tied ourselves into knots for the chance to earn House points.
Our overall House Cup Challenge winners for Term 3 is Cahill, followed closely by Heavey, with Hutchy and Murray sharing third place.
A reminder to all families that students are required to clean out their lockers on their last day of school. We understand that this may not be Friday 18 September, and we ask for your support in ensuring this is completed on your child’s last day of the term.
This helps the College ensure that no valuables are left on-site during the two-week break and supports the safety and security of our community.
We will email Junior Leader applications to students before the end of the week, giving them time over the holidays to start working on their applications.
I will be holding support sessions in Weeks 1 and 2 next term before applications are due. Once students have completed their applications electronically, they need to print and submit a hard copy to me at the Head of Year office.
I look forward to receiving many applications from our amazing Year 9 cohort!
