Prep

This term we celebrated a very special milestone – 101 days of school! It was wonderful to see everyone joining in the fun and dressing up to mark the occasion. The day was filled with joy, laughter and a real sense of achievement. Students made colourful crowns to wear proudly, decorated delicious biscuits to symbolise 101 days of learning, and carefully threaded necklaces from 101 Cheerios' – a tasty and creative challenge! One of the highlights of the day was the 101 Cup Challenge, where students worked together to build impressive towers using 101 paper cups. The teamwork, problem-solving and persistence on display was fantastic to see. The energy across the classrooms was contagious and it was lovely to see how proud the children were of how far they have come in their learning journey this year.

It has also been a very busy and exciting term with lots of highlights. Our school concert last week was a stand-out moment. The Prep students were amazing on stage – they worked so hard to remember their dance steps and perform with confidence. The look on their faces as they spotted their families in the audience was priceless, and the cheers and applause gave them such a boost. Many children shared how thrilled and exhilarated they felt after performing in front of such a big crowd. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to shine and showcase their growing confidence.

We are so proud of all the Preps and the way they have embraced every opportunity this term with enthusiasm. They have learned so much already this year, and these memorable events make school life even more special.
