2026 Parent Payments
Thank you to all our families that have paid the 2026 Parent Payments. Your ongoing support ensures that our school can offer the best possible education and support for our students.
If you elected into a payment plan for these payments the last one will be taken out on Thursday March 12th, 2026.
Contributions have not closed and can be made at anytime through in the office via eftpos or on Compass under the contributions tile.
Each year level is provided below:
Medication at School Form
If your child requires medication to be administered during school hours, please complete this form and hand it to the Front Office with the required medication in it's original packaging.
Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund (CSEF) - Still open
The Department has run it's first batch of CSEF payments this week, each applicant receives $400.00 per child. This amount will be entered into your family account early next week.
It's not to late is you haven't applied, the last date to submit an application is June 2026.
If you applied for CSEF school last year, you do not need to complete an application form this year unless there has been a change in your family circumstances.
You only need to complete an application form if any of the following changes have occurred:
new student enrolments: your child has started or changed schools this year.
changed family circumstances: such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing this year.
HOW TO APPLY
The CSEF amount for 2026 is $400.00 for both primary and secondary students. The Health Care Card of the applicant has to be valid on any of the two CRN validation dates - 28 January 2026 and 20 April 2026.
New applicants should fill out the form above or come into the school office to obtain a hard copy.
Check with the school office if you are unsure.
State Schools' Relief
Who is SSR?
State Schools’ Relief is a not-for-profit organisation that works closely with all government schools across Victoria. Each year State Schools’ Relief provides assistance to families experiencing financial disadvantage with school uniforms and footwear.
Working With Children’s Check (WWCC) Reminder
Parents and carers are reminded that all adults require a current WWCC in order to volunteer in classrooms, canteen, attend camps and excursions.
WWCC are valid for 5 years and are free for volunteers to apply for. You can apply, renew and check your existing status by visiting https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/ .
We regularly encourage volunteers in classrooms and on excursions (when we can). Even if it is not something you have previously considered, it can be useful to have and we encourage you to apply.
Once your card arrives, bring it to the school office where the staff will take a copy and add you to our WWCC register.
Student Absences
Absent all day?
Parents to enter approval directly into compass by 9:15am (this can also be done in advance) OR phone the school office on 5443 7230.
Arriving late?
When you arrive to school, the student must be signed IN at the school office by the parent/carer prior to going to class.
This can not be done in advance or from the parent portal.
Leaving early?
Parents are asked to call 5-10 minutes prior to picking up heir child to ensure they are ready and waiting in the office. Parent/Carers are asked not to go to the classrooms. Parent/Carers must sign the student OUT at the school office.
This can not be done in advance or from the parent portal.
Please Note - Students must be signed in or out by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18 years. Students are not permitted to sign themselves in/out of school.
