Student of the Month

As part of our acknowledgement of students who are representing our College Values, we will be presenting Student of the Month awards to students we believe have best represented the values during each month.

7A- Aaridhi Bharti

"Shows consistent effort in all tasks and maintains exemplary behaviour in class. For pushing herself, always contributing to class and completing work to a high standard at all times."

7B- Maira Adnan

"Maira consistently demonstrates the college value of Respect through their positive attitude and considerate behaviour in class. They treat classmates and teachers with kindness, listen respectfully during discussions, and contribute thoughtfully to group activities. Their respectful actions help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for everyone."

7C- Adam Khairo

"Adam Khairo is a positive member of the class who actively participates in class activities and asks thoughtful questions. He regularly seeks feedback in Chinese class to improve his work and sets high expectations for himself. He is also willing to help other students once he has finished his own work.   

Adam has shown aspiration towards his learning by consistently putting in 110% effort, no matter the task. He is an active member of our class who is always willing to put his hand up and positively contribute to class discussions."

7D- Charlotte Hallmark

"Charlotte has consistently demonstrated all college values, in particular Achievement. She is always very focused and striving to do her best. She has shown growing confidence in contributing to class discussions and asking for teacher feedback, and has even taken on extra English work outside of class. Great work!"  

 

7E- Arya Choudhary

"Arya is always first to volunteer her help in class- for example, when multiple people were responsible for a mess created in the classroom, she was the first to step up and tidy, to help maintain cleanliness but to also be respectful of the equipment we borrow from the school."

 

7F- Abdullah Farooq

"Abdullah has been a great support for his class in February and has supported his peers to learn and achieve great results in their Mathematics class, which achieving amazing results himself. He has supported not only those in his table group, but also those around him who are still discovering the learning.    High achieving student that also represent the college values and maintained a proper attendance record."

7G- Ahmad Abbas

"Ahmad is nominated for Student of the Month for consistently demonstrating the values of Respect and Achievement. He shows great respect toward his peers, teachers, and the learning environment at all times. Ahmed also actively participates in class discussions and is always willing to support and assist his classmates. His positive attitude and commitment to learning make him a great role model in the classroom.

Ahmad consistently listens, follows instructions, and asks thoughtful questions. He is also supportive of his peers and willingly helps others in the classroom." 

7H- Yaswanth Maddhi

"Yaswanth has consistently demonstrated all college values, in particular Achievement. He is always very focused and striving to do his best. He has shown growing confidence in contributing to class discussions and asking for teacher feedback. Great work!

Yaswanth consistently showed his best effort, maintained a positive attitude toward learning, and actively participated in class activities. Consistently engaged in all classroom activities and has shown a fantastic attitude from day one."

7I- Gurjot Gill

"Gurjot consistently demonstrates his ability to contribute to class discussions with relevant and insightful thoughts and comments. He acknowledges his peers and reflects the key topics of the lesson by actively engaging in English activities and discussions. Gurjot continues to encourage his peers in voicing their own thoughts and questions in the classroom.   Gurjot consistently shows his his aspiration to achieve in every lesson. He consistently demonstrates a positive attitude towards his learning. He often contributes thoughtful information and ideas to class discussions and seeks to extend himself with more challenging learning. Well done!"

7J- Iqra Tauheed Sultana

"Iqra consistently demonstrate respect towards her teachers and peers. She listens carefully, participates actively in class activities, and always show a positive attitude towards learning. Iqra's respectful behaviour makes her great role models in the classroom.

7K- Ronish Walia

"Ronish Walia has shown strong leadership qualities in the class this month by consistently demonstrating responsibility and a positive attitude towards his learning. He supports his peers during group activities, stays focused on tasks, and contributes thoughtfully to discussions. Ronish sets a great example through his respectful behaviour and willingness to help others when needed."

7L- Muhammed Arham Khan

"Arham has had a wonderful start to the year. He is always kind and respectful to his peers and teaching staff. He is engaged and attentive during lessons and always willing to have a go. Arham demonstrates a growth mindset by always trying his best during activities and then taking on feedback to improve."

7M- Jayden Marasco

"I am proud to nominate Jayden our 7M Student of the Month for February. Jayden consistently represents Brinbeal's values each day he attends school. He takes initiative in completing all tasks to the best of his ability and consistently models positive routines and expectations in and out of classrooms."

8A- Aya Baltagi

"Aya has been showing aspiration in mentor group and Performing Arts. She uses initiative to help with classroom tasks such as giving out equipment or reading out the student bulletin, and uses her learning time constructively by putting effort and enthusiasm into her practical work which sets a great example for her peers. Well done Aya."

8B- Jazlyn Kaur

"Jazlyn continuously demonstrates a respectful attitude and outlook on both her learning and her interations in the classroom. Her contributions to English lessons are highly relevant to the activities and discussions explored this term for our novel unit. Jazlyn's posititivity in the classroom is always great to see!"

 

8C- Amelia Kamilo

"Amelia has consistently put effort into learning and has actively participated in class discussions since the first class."

8D- Karman Singh

"Karman remained focused during lessons and consistently demonstrated a positive learning attitude. He worked hard to remember key vocabulary and sentences in Chinese and applied his knowledge with confidence. His dedication and effort were reflected in the excellent marks he achieved in the assessment.  

The student always follows teacher's instructions, participates in activities positively and answers questions actively. The student also spent recess time helping teacher and other students pack up all props and put all chairs back." 

8E- Caleb Sarical

"Caleb consistently represents the school values of aspiration and achievement. He works hard in class and helps his fellow classmates as well.   

The student has always represented college values, respecting teacher and peers, and has even had positive influence on other students."

8F- Mansher Singh Sekhon

"Mansher will always great people without fail in the morning. Listen when other people are speaking and use manners whenever asking a question or beginning a conversation. He is always being sensible when interacting with his friends and knows when to pay attention."

 

8G- Reem Abed Allah

"Reem is always kind and respectful to her peers and staff. She is also polite and thoughtful, always offering a helping hand when she can. Reem is also diligent in lessons, making sure to complete tasks to a high standard. 

Reem consistently shows respect to all members of our school community. Whether it be volunteering to support the teacher, helping a new student find their way around or simply asking other students how they are, Reem always goes above and beyond for others.  

Reem has consistently demonstrated all college values, in particular Respect. She is always very focused and striving to do her best. She has shown growing confidence in contributing to class discussions and teacher feedback. She often offers to lend a hand in class, cleaning the board or supporting her peers. Great work!"

8H- Farzain Mir

"Farzain is being nominated for consistently demonstrating the College value of Aspiration. He approaches his learning with a positive attitude and is always engaged during class activities. Farzain is often seen actively contributing to discussions, putting his hand up to share ideas, and staying focused on his work. He works independently, shows initiative during practical tasks, and consistently gives his best effort in everything he does. Farzain’s willingness to participate and his positive approach to learning make him a great role model for his peers."

8I- Aryan Tavish Reddy

"Aryan consistently demonstrates respect towards peers and teachers. He show respect by actively listening when others are speaking, valuing different opinions, and contributing thoughtfully to class discussions. He also follows classroom expectations and model positive behaviour for others."  

 

8J - Samaaha Dubuly

"Shows consistent effort in all tasks and maintains exemplary behaviour in class."

8K- Samara Singh

"Samara shows great effort in completing her classwork."

8L- Keira McEwan

"Keira has been an exemplary student both within and beyond the classroom this month. She has demonstrated a sophisticated ability to navigate social disagreements with genuine respect and humility, fostering a positive environment for her peers. Academically, Keira has consistently challenged herself to produce work of an exceptional standard, displaying a commendable commitment to her personal best. Her peers also choose her as their representative for the Student Representative Council. It is evident that she truly embodies the College Value of Aspiration."

9A- Hareem Tahir

"For having high expectations for herself and always pushing to learn and improve her understanding.  

Hareem consistently aims to achieve highly in all of her work. She is an active member of the class who will always put her hand up to answer a question or ask for further clarification. She regularly asks for extension work and revision to further her knowledge outside of the classroom.  

Hareem always gives tasks 100% of her effort, and always asks great questions in class discussions"

9B- Harprabh Singh

"Shows consistent effort in all tasks and maintains exemplary behaviour in class."

9C- Tajkirat Dhaliwal

"Taj is responsible, polite, and respectful to everyone. He behaves well in class and follows rules carefully. He takes part in class activities and discussions and shows interest in learning."

9D- Muriel Saidu

"Muriel has made an excellent start to the year in Humanities. She has successfully completed all set tasks within the allocated class time and has done so to a consistently high standard. Muriel demonstrates strong focus, organisation, and a clear understanding of the concepts being taught.

Her positive work ethic and commitment to her learning have been very pleasing to see. Keep up the fantastic work, Muriel!  

Muriel has shown aspiration during Production classes. She even showed confidence to demonstrate a practical characterisation task in front of the class which set a great example for her peers. She also chose to use her own lunch time to attend an additional, optional rehearsal in preparation for her audition. Great job!" 

9E- Abdul Siddiqui

"Abdul always works well within the groups he gets assigned, and is always sure to include everyone in the activity regardless if he is friends with them or not. Abdul ensures that everyone in the class has an equal opportunity to learn, and works hard to give them that opportunity. He consistently meets deadlines and submits well-prepared work, showing strong organisation and commitment to his studies.

He also voluntarily engages in class discussions, contributing thoughtful responses and demonstrating a positive attitude towards learning. His reliability and active participation make him a strong candidate for this recognition."

9F- Prabhnoor Singh

"Prabh has consistently demonstrated all college values, in particular Respect. He is always very focused and striving to do his best. He is always contributing to class discussions in a thoughtful and meaningful way, enriching our complex discussions in Laws and Outlaws. Great work!

9G- Robeel Chaudhry

"Shows consistent effort in all tasks and maintains exemplary behaviour in class."

9H- Mia Gray

"Mia consistently displays a strong understanding of knowledge during PE lessons. Whilst this is impressive, Mia shows acceptance by utilising her skills and knowledge to better her peers around her by supporting and helping them to complete the activities. Great work for showing acceptance to those around you and by choosing to support others."

9I- Yash Brar

"Yash has shown respect and responsibility in class discussions and activities, listening to others' opinions and stating ideas respectfully. For always striving for exellence and consistently contributing to classroom discussions. Furthermore, for showcasing leadership skills by running for SRC and choosing to always lead by example and aspire to be an effective leader in the classroom.  

Yash is a very driven student who always puts in his best effort in class, completing his work with great detail. Yash has shown confidence on many occasions to share his ideas with his classmates and join in class discussions."  

9J - Manreet Kaur
