Lunch with loved ones

On Wednesday, 8th July, we held a special gathering for some very special people. Students invited their grandparents and some special family friends and parents to what turned out to be an absolutely sparkling afternoon. Our guests spent time doing some watercolour paintings, dancing to some Just Dance tracks, and going on a scavenger hunt for things we are grateful for at school. They played some games in the Library and read books outside in the sun. They even played some Bocce and shot some hoops on the courts! 

Our guests also had some of the beautiful pizza our students are lucky enough to have for their lunch as part of our school lunches program. We would like to especially thank Lucia and Bridget in the Little Dove Cafe for going above and beyond to make so many extra pizzas for this day. 

A huge thank you to our staff for assisting with activities and for being so welcoming of our special guests. 

Thanks Mr Hutchins for providing some cruisy, mellow tunes and helping set a wonderful atmosphere for such a beautiful afternoon.

We hope our families enjoyed the afternoon and thank all of those who stayed on for our end of term assembly.
